there is something wrong here

like theres something wrong with contracting out collecting for charity so that now one might avoid walking down certain streets so they dont get harassed for money...

like theres something wrong with the fact that there was band aid 2, as if the fact that it was 'required' to happen again didnt suggest that actually its intentions of feeding hungry people in africa werent all that it was about...

like theres something wrong with the world bank and the imf being the generally approved global institution for "development aid" when these are financial institutions founded on the basis of maintaining and pushing forward the global economic order established at the end of the second world war, which is predicated on the poverty of the people development aid is supposed to help...

so

perhaps....

          the reason why people give money to charity, i.e. there are people with less money than them, who have various poverties as a result, is the same as the reason why people CAN give money to charity, i.e. there are people with less money than them, who have various poverties as a result.

therefore,

         giving money to charity is part of creating the need to give money to charity

therefore,

         not giving money to charity, as in instead using the time/value/effort manifested in money otherwise towards  removing the conditions in which giving to charity is possible, removes the need to give money to charity.

perhaps all of this is suggested by considering why poor people are poor...poor is a concept relative to rich,

history bears this out...how long has this relativity existed and on what differing scales?
