1. go to wikipedia 2. click on the random page link on the left hand side of the main page 3. read the article, making a note of the title and what seem to be salient points as you go along. 4. repeat 9 times until you have 10 separate titles. 5. then, attempt to synthesise these 10 random topics about which you have just learnt in as few words as possible. (perhaps 10 is too many and it would be good to gradually increase. but maybe this is a good way to simultaneously improve breadth of knowledge, analytic abilities, writing and general coherence... why as few words as possible?
